WVONL SPring Conference

Phases of Leadership…From Mentee to Mentor

WVONL 2023 Spring Conference

WVONL Spring Conference is scheduled for March 21, 2023 at Stonewall Resort. Make plans now to connect with leaders and aspiring leaders across the state to share ideas about leadership, mentoring, and other current topics facing leaders today.

This one-day conference will feature current nurse leaders presenting projects and ideas currently related to leadership. Aspiring leaders and students will also have a chance to present projects or capstone projects.

There will be two panel discussions through the day. The Chief Nurse Executive (CNE) panel will feature our Nurse Executives from around the state discussing mentoring, leadership and some “hot” topics facing our nursing workforce. The last panel discussion of the day will feature nurse leaders from across the career continuum. We will learn from a wealth of knowledge from them regarding their leadership development.

One of the strategic priorities of WVONL is to offer leadership development and succession planning activities. This Spring Conference allows a leader to register and bring an aspiring leader for a reduced rate. Take advantage of the reduced pricing while helping to mentor a leader in your organization!
