2024 Spring Conference Abstract Submissions

Submissions are now closed

Abstracts are due: Thursday, February 1, 2024, by 5pm

WVONL is accepting abstracts sessions for the 2024 Spring Event.

Each chosen presenter in the Power Session will have approximately 12 minutes for a presentation with Q&A at the end of all presentations.

The author of an accepted power session will be notified by Friday, February 9, 2024. The author will be required pay and register for the event.

  • Strengthen nurse leaders’ career progression and succession planning and competencies
  • Create and deliver innovative leadership opportunities for all levels of nurse leaders
  • Lead and engage in interprofessional learning and development to drive collaborative action and outcomes
  • Promote healthy practice environments to engage nurses and support resilience and well-being
  • Amplify the unique voice of nurse leaders who promote health equity, diversity, and belonging in our communities
  • Influence policy development through elevating advocacy within and beyond nursing
